A theoretical training session on “Fire Safety Regulations” was conducted for the employees

From November 26 to 28, a theoretical training session on “Fire Safety Regulations” was organized at METAK LLC to ensure that employees work in a safe and healthy environment and to enhance their theoretical knowledge related to fire safety.

The purpose of the training was to inform employees about potential fire risks they may encounter in the workplace, to help them develop habits of complying with fire safety rules, and to strengthen their ability to respond correctly in emergency situations. During the training, participants were provided with detailed information on the safe and proper use of fire-extinguishing equipment, the factors that create fire risks, ways to prevent ignition, as well as evacuation plans and the use of emergency exits.

In addition, preventive measures that must be followed daily to minimize fire hazards were explained, and the importance of both individual and collective responsibility was emphasized. At the end of the training, short practical exercises were conducted with employees, fire-response scenarios were reviewed, and possible solutions for real-life situations were analyzed.
